Job Description

As a Water Regulation Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality water supply services. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and processing licence, dealing, and approval applications, as well as providing high-level customer service and responding to customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process licence, dealing, and approval applications to meet customer requirements and ensure compliance with legislation and WaterNSW standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide high-level customer service and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Prepare regular reporting as required to monitor and provide insights into the processing of applications.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline, or relevant equivalent industry experience.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including how to review, interpret, and apply legislation within the workplace.
  • Experience working within a regulated environment to process customer applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience to respond to customer enquiries and resolve customer conflict in an appropriate manner.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $75,931 and $108,085 per year, plus superannuation.
