Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our talent pool for Water Regulation roles. These positions may involve reviewing and processing licence applications, providing high-level customer service, and preparing regular reporting to monitor application processing.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, leveraging your knowledge of regulatory frameworks and experience in processing customer applications. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislation and WaterNSW standards, policies, and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including how to review, interpret, and apply legislation within the workplace
  • Experience working in a regulated environment to process customer applications
  • Experience using corporate systems and databases to process requests, including accurate storage and extraction of information
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience responding to customer enquiries and resolving conflict in an appropriate manner
  • Mapping and Geo-Spatial experience
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence
