Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily reservations and guest requests.
  • Coordinate and manage daily reservations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Lead and motivate the front office team to achieve desired results and exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensure the hotel's high standards of quality and service are maintained at all times.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in hotel reception or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of RoomMaster PMS and ORS systems.
