Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Workplace Relations Expert to join our team. As a key member of our advisory group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients across various industries.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing workplace relations strategies, including enterprise agreement negotiations and direct engagement models. You will also assist organizations in developing workforce strategies for tendering in large private and public sector contracts.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct workplace training on topics such as appropriate workplace behavior, sensitive workplace investigations, and secondment arrangements with clients to provide specialized expertise.

You will also ensure clients are up-to-date with industry changes and provide specialist expert advice in workplace relations on modern awards, enterprise agreements, performance management, change management projects, and employee entitlements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • End-to-end bargaining experience in highly industrial environments
  • Solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Formal qualifications and/or experience working within employment law, HR, and/or industrial relations
