**Job Opportunity for Experienced Workplace Relations Expert**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Principal Consultant. As a key member of our advisory team, you will work on a range of challenging and exciting workplace relations projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Developing and implementing workplace relations strategies, including enterprise agreement negotiations and direct engagement models;
  • Assisting organisations in developing workforce strategies for tendering in large private and public sector contracts;
  • Conducting workplace training on topics such as appropriate workplace behaviour;
  • Sensitive workplace investigations;
  • Secondment arrangements with clients to provide specialist expertise;
  • Wage compliance reviews, including underpayment rectification and M&A due diligence;
  • Ensuring clients are up to date with industry changes;
  • Providing expert advice on modern awards, enterprise agreements, performance management, change management projects and employee entitlements;

**Requirements**

  • End-to-end bargaining experience in highly industrial environments is essential;
  • Formal qualifications and/or experience working within employment law, HR and/or industrial relations are highly regarded;
  • A solutions-focused, detailed-oriented and effective communicator will also be important;
