**Workplace Relations Consultant Role**This role is responsible for leading the delivery, performance, and growth of our Workplace Relations team.The successful candidate will oversee team operations, service quality, and performance reporting while ensuring ongoing education and up-to-date knowledge of industrial relations legislation and case law changes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage teams and budgets to achieve high-quality results
  • Deliver consulting services on a fee-paying basis with proven track record
  • Built and maintain client relationships through exceptional communication skills
  • Interpret and apply industrial instruments, HR policies, and procedures effectively
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Tertiary qualification/s in law or human resources management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment-related legislation and industrial instruments
  • Significant experience in the delivery of consulting services
