We are seeking a seasoned operations professional to lead our team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Owning end-to-end pricing strategies, including dynamic price adjustments and surge pricing models.
- Conducting in-depth analytics to evaluate pricing effectiveness and ROI, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable pricing frameworks.
Market Analysis :
- Monitoring market trends and competitor pricing to inform strategic decisions.
- Developing segmentation strategies based on city dynamics and user behavior.
Customer Experience and Collaboration :
- Identifying core user pain-points and working closely with regional and global teams to craft effective solutions.
- Presenting actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, driving data-backed decisions.
The Successful Applicant Will Have:
- Experience : 1–4 years of experience in strategy & operations, revenue management, or related roles.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL for data analysis. Familiarity with Python is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Educational Background : Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
