Job Overview:

As a Portfolio Growth Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with existing customers to drive revenue growth, provide exceptional support, and educate clients through proactive engagement.

  • Develop customer relationships to achieve remarkable earnings by consistently exceeding sales targets every month.
  • Take ownership of meeting and surpassing weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue and sales goals.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with customers to help them achieve their objectives, leading to upsells, cross-sells, and renewals across 30+ products in our IT Complete Platform.
  • Drive product adoption, effectively manage escalations, and enhance customer satisfaction to boost retention and long-term growth.
