Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong understanding of the home lending process and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and be willing to learn and adapt to new situations.

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing organisation, preferably in lending.
  • A strong understanding of the home lending process and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
