About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in phone-based sales and working in a call centre environment is essential for success in this role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Highly driven individuals with a strong work ethic and ability to meet targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will thrive in this position.
  • Salesforce experience is highly regarded, but not essential for consideration.
  • Previous experience in education is highly valued, as it demonstrates a deep understanding of the sector.
  • Proficiency in computer software, particularly CRM systems and processes, is crucial for success in this role.
