Position Overview

We're seeking a Recruitment Strategist to join our team, focusing on attracting top blue-collar talent. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to develop recruitment strategies, support HR functions, and contribute to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled workers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create job descriptions.
  • Sources candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with trade schools.
  • Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage with employees to address concerns and support their development.
  • Assist in maintaining company culture and values through strategic hiring.
  • Work with the HR team on onboarding, offboarding, and policy updates.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in HR, business, or a related field (experience in blue-collar recruitment is a plus but not required).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt recruitment best practices.
