Our Resourcing Lead will play a critical role in shaping the future of workforce talent and engagement strategies for one of Australia's largest civil infrastructure projects.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment excellence by driving the end-to-end recruitment process across the project, ensuring top-tier candidate experiences and strategic hiring for critical roles as well as focussing on existing employee redeployment.
- Team Management manage and develop an existing small team covering workforce / blue collar recruitment as well as white collar and executive recruitment.
- Manage your own portfolio of active roles within the Project, running end to end recruitment and running regular stakeholder meetings/progress discussions.
- Collaborate with SPARK Project leadership to offer strategic advice on project planning, recruitment governance, and continuous improvement of workforce development programs.
- Champion social outcomes through active involvement in our social procurement and candidate engagement strategy, including creating opportunities for priority job seekers, Aboriginal businesses, and social enterprises.
- Develop female engagement strategies to meet our commitment to gender diversity, aiming for high female representation on shortlists and interviews across the Project.
- Reporting and Compliance use Power Bi to accurately report on Resourcing progress in line with program to Steering committee and the client, undergo internal compliance audits to ensure all of the Recruitment function are onboarding and mobilising staff safely and correctly.
- Support our culture charter by promoting a strong, engaged, and safety-focused work environment in line with SPARK's values. Working towards our Project headcount targets in workforce and white collar.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in construction, engineering or Project specific resourcing strategy.
- Strong background in talent pipelining and internal recruitment processes.
- Expertise in fostering internal relationships and delivering recruitment strategies that reflect SPARK's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
