As our new Recruitment Strategist, you'll play a key role in our People & Culture team, driving attraction and retention strategies across all departments, including marketing, sales, finance, and customer service. You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience, aligning recruitment practices with our culture, and building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring seamless candidate experiences.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate and meet fluctuating business needs.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding recruitment and employment.

Your Day-to-Day:

You'll spend your days developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing recruitment processes, analyzing market trends, and providing insights to hiring managers. You'll work closely with our People & Culture team to ensure a seamless candidate experience from application through onboarding. As a Recruitment Strategist, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our company's growth and success.
