Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Manager to collaborate closely with senior leaders and managers to provide comprehensive HR support. This critical role will drive HR strategies, manage high-volume performance and employee relations cases, lead key HR initiatives, and coach and develop leaders throughout the business. With a focus on industrial relations and compliance, you will ensure that HR policies and procedures are effectively executed.

Duties and Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on a range of employee relations matters, including interpretation of Awards and Agreements.
  • Lead performance management processes, supporting managers and resolving disciplinary matters.
  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals.
  • Manage and implement HR projects that support business unit growth and development.
  • Contribute to enterprise bargaining negotiations and ensure compliance with employment legislation.

A confident and experienced HR professional, they excel in performance management and have a natural talent for coaching and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
