We are looking for a skilled Performance Manager to lead our tight-knit performance team, integrating into client campaigns to drive optimal results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as an expert on clients' businesses, industries, competitors, key drivers, and environments.
  • Develop compelling strategies to meet marketing objectives and provide guidance on briefs and alternative approaches.
  • Create custom implementation plans for clients, including optimal weights, placements, and buying parameters.
  • Analyse media proposals with limited guidance, applying core principles of the buying process.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance schedules to effectively achieve communication goals and cost efficiency.
  • Evaluate delivery against plan and manage the plan to address shortfalls, if any.
  • Provide post-campaign reports detailing results against planned KPIs, expenditure, communication goals, and campaign effectiveness.
Clinet Focus
  • Maintain high levels of client retention and growth.
  • Effectively communicate with clients about status updates, resourcing changes, and deadlines.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on media-related matters and provide expert insights on their industry, competitors, and key drivers.
Team Leadership
  • Manage a team of Performance Executives and Coordinators.
  • Build goals, manage day plans for Executives and Coordinators, and ensure appropriate leave planning of the team.
  • Promote an environment of open communication with the team and keep them informed about changes, updates in policies/procedures, etc.
  • Motivate team members to exceed client expectations and produce high-quality work.
  • Take responsibility for the team's quality of work and success.
