About This Role

This is a key leadership position that will lead the delivery of analytical, business, and information expertise to drive performance management initiatives and support strategic objectives.

This role demands a deep understanding of healthcare systems and business operations, hospital funding frameworks, performance management practices, benchmarking methodologies, and information technology.

  • Collaborate with teams across the organisation to support performance reporting, data-driven decision-making, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with governance standards.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on data literacy, funding models, and reporting tools like Power BI.
  • Drive continuous improvement by overseeing digital health projects, modernising reporting systems, and fostering innovation within the team.
About You

You're a strategic thinker with a passion for turning data into actionable insights. With tertiary qualifications and/or significant industry experience, you bring a deep understanding of healthcare systems, hospital funding, and business performance management.

  • At least 3 years' experience in dashboard development, with a talent for engaging stakeholders to co-design meaningful visualisations.
  • Strong leadership skills and a track record of driving innovation, system improvements, and organisational change.
  • Proven success in health services management within complex environments, ideally in operational planning and performance.
  • You're a collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional teams, with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
