Job Description: Training Team Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the future of our workforce through effective training and development. As a dedicated Training Team Leader, you will lead our training initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will oversee and mentor the training team to foster internal mobility and skill development.
  • Your key responsibilities will include designing and executing a comprehensive Learning & Development program that boosts employee engagement.
  • You will also coordinate a professional Driver Induction program, ensuring best practices are followed for new employees.
Requirements:
  • A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) and a Medium Rigid Driver's License are essential qualifications for this role.
  • You should have a proven track record as a Driver Trainer with the ability to deliver diverse training packages effectively.
  • In addition, experience in developing L&D programs and facilitating both face-to-face and online training sessions is highly desirable.
