Learning and Development Lead

- We're seeking an experienced Learning and Development Lead to join our team in Melbourne.
- As a key member of our Business Applications Change & Adoption team, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering learning programs that meet the needs of our customers and employees.
- You'll work closely with stakeholders across different business units to understand their requirements and develop tailored education programs that demonstrate knowledge and learning principles.
- With a focus on digital transformation, you'll conceptualize and develop evaluation measures, including knowledge checks, course evaluations, and tests, to ensure the effectiveness of our learning programs.
- As a strong leader, you'll manage a team of instructional designers and trainers, executing the learning plan and ensuring seamless delivery of training content.
- With a passion for innovation and a drive for excellence, you'll participate in content review, revision, and sign-off cycles, ensuring the highest quality of our learning solutions.
What you'll be doing
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting ongoing learning needs analysis to adjust learning plans and curriculum
- Working with customers to design and develop instructional content
- Engaging with key stakeholders across business units to support their functions
- Creating and implementing custom education programs that demonstrate knowledge and learning principles
- Leading a team of instructional designers and trainers to execute the learning plan
- Planning, designing, and developing instructor-led and online training content
- Managing the execution of training delivery schedules
- Conceptualizing and developing evaluation measures
- Participating in content review, revision, and sign-off cycles
- Supporting the execution of learning communications campaigns
What will make you successful in this role?
We're looking for someone with:
- A degree in Instructional Design, Education, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated training plans and a good working knowledge of ERP systems like D365 and TechnologyOne
- Strong leadership skills
- Expertise in setting up and using tools like Articulate Rise and SAP Enable Now
- Strong analytical and communication skills
