Job Description

You will be responsible for training the team to be best in class, providing exceptional customer service, creating presentation packs to complement training modules, facilitating Rookie Camps for new starters, and completing administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs for retail teams
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Create engaging and informative presentation materials
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for new starters
  • Manage administrative tasks related to training and development

In this role, you will work closely with the Instore Leadership Team, Territory Training Captain, Rookie's joining the business, and peers to drive sales growth and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A passion for the Nike brand and its mission to bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Captivating public speaking skills
  • Previous retail and/or hospitality experience
  • Customer service skills second to none
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

The ideal candidate will be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed, and will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
