About the Role

At Navitas Skilled Futures, we seek highly qualified Language Trainers to deliver high-quality language, literacy, and numeracy training programs for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a post-graduate qualification in TESOL or Adult Language Literacy and Numeracy, as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

  • Demonstrated teaching capability and ability to use technology in classroom delivery
  • Demonstrated assessment capability and ability to deliver training using nationally accredited curricula e.g. CSWE, EAL and frameworks e.g. ACSF
  • Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in a multicultural learning environment

We are looking for trainers for St Alban's, Sunshine, and Footscray locations in West Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs that meet the needs of our clients
