About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our Contracts Management Team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing customer contracts and requested amendments to Canon contracts to reflect the dynamic nature of our sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing commercially focussed and balanced risk assessments of exposure to Canon in contractual terms both in reviewing tender documents/contracts and in negotiating final agreements.
  • Working closely with peers, Senior Management, our in-house legal team and other key stakeholders to finalise contracts expeditiously.
  • Undertaking continual improvement actions within the team and across the business to improve the customer contract experience with Canon.

About You

The ideal candidate is commercially astute and practical, with strong judgment and outstanding interpersonal skills. You excel at managing competing priorities and deadlines and have experience in managing sales contracts negotiation including reviewing and drafting contractual terms and conditions while collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

You are confident working autonomously with well-honed negotiation and influencing skills. Your exposure to drafting and negotiating complex supply, service and/or outsourcing agreements will be highly regarded, along with being a strong team player who thrives on delivering exceptional commercial outcomes.
