About the Role

This is a key opportunity for a skilled professional to lead a defined program of work focused on workforce efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment.

Key responsibilities include leading the implementation of a defined program of work, improving systems and strategies that support compliance, performance, and workforce planning across the organisation.

Additionally, the role involves working closely with leaders and teams across the business to inform improvements to our HRIS, ensuring functionality supports effective workforce planning, scheduling, and reporting.

Ensuring workforce data is accurate, reliable, and used effectively for planning, risk identification, and strategic reporting is another essential duty.

The role requires advising on organisational change, supporting capability uplift across operational teams, and helping embed new processes and systems.

As a key link between People & Culture, Venue Operations, and executive stakeholders, the successful candidate will be expected to provide guidance and support as required.
