Job Title

Role Description:

A mid-senior level HR Business Partner is required to provide expert advice across the employee lifecycle, lead complex case management, EBA negotiations, and conflict resolution. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with education and workforce regulations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an HR/ER generalist, a strong knowledge of employment law, enterprise agreements, and industrial relations, skilled in case management, investigations, coaching, and workforce reporting, and exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Provide expert HR and employee relations advice across the employee lifecycle
  • Lead complex case management, EBA negotiations, and conflict resolution
  • Partner with leaders on performance, development, WHS, and return-to-work programs
  • Ensure compliance with education and workforce regulations
  • Support strategic workforce initiatives and change impact as the organization continues to grow
