Key Position Summary

This role is a strategic leadership position focused on workforce planning and talent management. As the Talent & Workforce Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic workforce plans that align with business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in talent management, workforce planning, and HR transformation. They will possess excellent project management and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead complex enterprise initiatives and manage competing priorities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans that align with business objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning and talent management initiatives to ensure the organization has the right talent and capabilities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, HR teams, and business partners.
  • Analyse data and insights to inform workforce planning and talent decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to deliver a human-centred approach across all talent processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in talent management, workforce planning, HR transformation, or a related HR role (experience in medium–large scale organisations preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience building and executing talent initiatives.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead complex enterprise initiatives and manage competing priorities.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and chart the best way forward.
