Global Spirits Sales Professional

Our company, Lion, is a leading beverages organisation at the heart of good times.
We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our Vanguard Luxury Brands team, selling some of the most exciting brands in the Australian and International Spirits market, including iconic brands such as Four Roses Bourbon, The Gospel Whiskey and the iconic Four Pillars Gin range.
This role will service NSW's Central Coast and Newcastle. As a successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to grow your sales career and gain experience within a supportive and inclusive organisation.
About the Role
- You will work with our established customers, creating innovative strategies that range from account planning to in-store merchandising and promotional execution, with the goal of getting more of our brands into consumers' hands.
- You will travel to our customers' sites to fully engage and get to know their needs to service and best support them.
- You will be an absolute brand and company advocate – delivering growth through on-point brand execution.
- Work with and collaborate effectively as a part of the wider Sales and Marketing Team.
- Always be on the hunt for potential growth and development opportunities within current and new customers.
Requirements
- A customer and consumer-obsessed individual, you'll be motivated to build strong customer partnerships.
- You will have demonstrated sales experience in the alcoholic beverages industry (preferably in Spirits) in both the On and Off Premise channels.
- A proactive attitude and the courage to pursue new business opportunities. You should be comfortable with actively seeking out prospects and embracing each day with unwavering enthusiasm.
- Accountability: you keep your promises and deliver on your commitments.
- A full, clean driver's licence, as well as the ability to work in Australia for at least the next 12 months.
