Job Description

Our Agency & Emerging team is seeking an experienced Key Account Executive to join our Pacific Region operations. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strong joint business plans with key accounts, nurturing relationships, and driving sales growth.

You will work closely with our agency partners across the Pacific Region, delivering beer plans, agreed activations, and contractual obligations. Your primary goal will be to influence marketing, commercial, innovation, and sales & operations planning to drive outcomes.

This is a rare opportunity to be the face of Diageo to our valued regional export accounts, using your analytical skills to understand consumer behavior and act as a category expert to your key accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Joint Business Plans: Work with key accounts to create strategic business plans, driving sales growth and relationship development.
  • Nurture Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key account contacts, identifying opportunities for growth and partnership.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to develop targeted strategies for sales growth.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, commercial, innovation, and sales & operations teams to deliver business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous Key Accounts/Sales experience or a background in Supply/Finance is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to think strategically, and excellent communication skills.
  • Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
