The Role of Our Talent Team

Our high-performing Talent Team plays a vital role in hiring top-class talent globally. As a trusted partner to our hiring leaders, you will build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their needs, drive niche recruitment strategies, and foster an exceptional candidate experience. You will leverage your advanced sourcing skills to attract and retain high-quality talent in a niche market.

To Be Successful as a Talent Partner at WiseTech Global

  • You should have 8+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a high-volume, finance-focused environment.
  • Experience in an in-house recruitment environment is essential.
  • You should be proficient in crafting Boolean search strings, particularly for sourcing candidates in niche markets using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Closely collaborating with hiring managers to thoroughly understand hiring needs, align sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates is crucial.
  • Identifying trends and insights from conversations to make data-driven recommendations for improvements is key.
  • A detail-oriented approach to identify only the very best talent is necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage candidate pipelines are required.
  • Knowledge of the Financial market in Australia is highly beneficial.

What We Offer
