Site Administrator Assistant Coordinator

Barminco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Administrator Assistant Coordinator to join our Performance department. This full-time role will be based on an 8:6 roster, with flexibility required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional support, training, and mentoring to Site Administrators. They will also act as a point of contact for site administrators' queries and assist with leave coverage.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the site office across all projects in Australia.
  • Assisting with the mobilisation of new sites and setting up administrative systems.
  • Liaising with other departments to deliver on deadlines.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of information and records.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a FIFO Mining environment (UG mining preferred).
  • Relevant experience in a similar administrative role or leadership role.
  • Excellent technical skills in a range of systems.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and effective time management.
