Site Administrator Assistant Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Barminco. As a key member of our Performance department, you will be responsible for providing functional support, training, and mentoring to our Site Administrators.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Site Administrators, including training and mentoring.
- Act as a point of contact for Site Administrators' queries and assist with leave coverage.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with Site Administration & Office Management policies and procedures.
- Support change management and improvement projects, working closely with the Site Admin Coordinator to ensure effective rollout across sites.
- Troubleshoot administrative issues and provide technical support as needed.
- Setup administrative systems and assist with mobilisation of new sites.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Liaise with other departments to deliver on deadlines and maintain confidentiality of information and records.
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a FIFO Mining environment (UG mining preferred).
- Relevant experience in a similar administrative role or leadership position.
- Excellent technical skills in a range of systems, including SAP and Success Factors.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to analyze, resolve problems, and make decisions in a logical and effective manner.
- Excellent organizational skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Physical and mental ability to withstand long hours in a strenuous and potentially high-hazard work environment.
- Successfully pass a Pre-Employment Medical and obtain National Police Clearance.
- C-class license is minimum.
- MS Office knowledge, proficient in Excel and MS Word.
- Ability to work autonomously.
