Job Summary:

We are looking for talented and dedicated Clinical and Organizational Psychologists to join our team. As a Clinical and Organizational Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to our clients, including:

  • Employee assistance program counselling
  • Onsite counselling and critical incident responding
  • Private / Medicare rebated counselling
  • Compensation scheme work
  • Multidisciplinary interventions
  • Psychological Assessment
  • Other clinical and organisational psychological services as required
Responsibilities:

As a Clinical and Organizational Psychologist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert psychological services to our clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans to meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our clients
  • Conducting psychological assessments and providing feedback to clients and other healthcare professionals
  • Providing education and training to clients and other healthcare professionals on mental health topics
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Experience in providing psychological services to individuals and groups
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
