Transform your sales career by taking on the role of Senior Sales Enablement Everboarding leader. In this position, you will contribute to our overall sales enablement strategy, ensuring Account Executives stay up-to-date with product innovation, selling skills, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject matter expert for respective programs and constituents focused on Expansion selling.
  • Drive end-to-end ownership of key enablement programming based on global and local needs.
  • Translate technical product releases into consumable materials for Account Executives.
  • Deliver Point of View (POV) to stakeholders and drive collaboration on learning gaps in the field.
  • Create/deliver global programs to reach Account Executive and Industry Specialist audiences.
  • Serve as a consulting partner to local leaders and deliver localized programming.
  • Be accountable for measuring & improving industry knowledge/skill gaps with innovative programming.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of related experience in sales, sales engineering, &/or technical product marketing, enablement, and/or enterprise software.
  • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience; MBA a plus.
  • Understanding of complex technical sales cycles, processes, and methodologies.
  • Experience in learning design, measurement, enablement tooling, gamification, and program management.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and produce quality deliverables.
  • Strong consultative, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-changing environment with strategic thinking, resourcefulness, agility, and commitment to excellence.
