We are seeking a highly skilled professional to accelerate the capability, confidence and success of our sales and success organisation.

The ideal candidate will design and deliver impactful programs, tools and assets that sharpen skills, embed industry leading approaches and drive measurable revenue and customer growth.

  • Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and develop targeted enablement initiatives
  • Develop playbooks, training content and tools that support value-based selling, customer retention and consistent execution
  • Lead onboarding and certification programs that reduce ramp time and improve win rates
  • Develop and deliver programs, tools and resources that sharpen skills, embed high impact practices and drive measurable revenue growth
  • Create and manage GTM-aligned content, ensuring teams are ready for new products, features and campaigns
  • Analyse performance data to measure impact, refine programs and maximise return on investment
  • Foster collaboration across teams to ensure Frontline channels are aligned and enabled on key organisational initiatives
  • Mentor others and facilitate Train the Trainer sessions with colleagues to improve their training delivery technique

The successful candidate will have proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, sales enablement or a related role, as well as strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
