Sales Enablement Leader Role:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to support our Expansion focus by leading the enablement of our sales teams. This role reports directly to the Director of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute enablement strategies that drive sales growth and adoption of cloud-based data warehousing products
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product to ensure alignment and effective messaging
- Design and deliver training programs that equip sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in customer-facing roles
- Maintain and refine existing content and processes to continuously improve the customer experience and maximize business value
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales enablement or a related field
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and adoption through enablement initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple priorities
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a cloud-based technology company
- Familiarity with salesforce.com and other CRM platforms
- Certification in sales enablement or a related field
