Sales Enablement Leader Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to support our Expansion focus by leading the enablement of our sales teams. This role reports directly to the Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute enablement strategies that drive sales growth and adoption of cloud-based data warehousing products
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product to ensure alignment and effective messaging
  • Design and deliver training programs that equip sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in customer-facing roles
  • Maintain and refine existing content and processes to continuously improve the customer experience and maximize business value

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales enablement or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and adoption through enablement initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a cloud-based technology company
  • Familiarity with salesforce.com and other CRM platforms
  • Certification in sales enablement or a related field
