Sales Enablement Lead: Asia-Pacific & Japan

">Job Summary

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing enablement strategies that drive sales performance across the APJ region.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for creating tailored training programs, delivering onboarding sessions, and fostering collaboration between sales leaders and frontline managers.

By leveraging your expertise in sales enablement, process improvement, and adult learning theory, you will help equip our customer-facing teams to succeed in their roles.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales enablement professional to make a meaningful impact in shaping the sales strategy for the APJ market.

You will have the chance to develop and execute comprehensive enablement plans, work collaboratively with stakeholders, and contribute to driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver localized enablement programs tailored to the APJ market's unique needs and requirements.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to sales leadership, providing insights and recommendations on enablement initiatives that drive sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective onboarding processes that accelerate ramp readiness and improve seller performance.
  • Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, adoption rates, and feedback from enablement programs to inform future improvements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, field marketing, or a related field with a proven track record of driving sales performance.
  • Deep understanding of the APJ market, including local business norms, sales behaviors, and cultural nuances.
  • Experience facilitating or delivering training programs for adult learners, with a focus on developing practical skills and knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
