Job Summary

The Front Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless guest experiences and delivering exceptional service.

This leadership position requires a seasoned professional to lead, inspire, and motivate the Front Office team to consistently meet and exceed hotel performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Front Office team to deliver outstanding service excellence.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to drive hotel performance and achieve key objectives.
  • Oversee lobby operations, working closely with Reservations for optimal room allocations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Housekeeping and Engineering teams to ensure timely maintenance requests are addressed.
  • Promote a visible management presence at the front desk, providing hands-on support and guidance.
  • Manage group requirements, VIP guest needs, and loyalty member experiences with tact and professionalism.
  • Streamline front desk processes and contribute to financial goals by effectively managing departmental budgets.
  • Drive team engagement through targeted training, coaching, and rostering strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in Front Office or hospitality management.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Front Office procedures and proficiency in property management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage rosters, control costs, and meet departmental budgets.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and handling inquiries with professionalism.
