We are looking for an experienced professional to take on a challenging leadership role within our Front Office and Concierge/Valet teams.

About the Opportunity

  • Lead a team of dedicated hospitality professionals in delivering exceptional service and experiences to our guests.
  • Assist in training and development of all Front Office employees to ensure they have the skills needed to excel in their roles.
  • Prior experience as a Guest Services Manager/Duty Manager is essential, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
  • Five-Star experience and industry knowledge are advantageous but not necessary.
