About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Growth Specialist to lead our key account with Telstra, driving revenue growth and deepening customer relationships.

Job Description

This is a full-time permanent opportunity with flexible work options, allowing you to balance your work-life while working from major east coast office locations. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will:

  • Develop and execute account goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Telstra account.
  • Lead the development of account strategies, ensuring alignment with Ventia's overall business objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships within Telstra's 'build, own & operate' teams, including InfraCo, Amplitel, and Global Networks & IT.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A deep understanding of telco infrastructure markets, including wireless and fixed networks.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • An understanding of the overall Telstra structure and strategy, as well as the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
