About the Role
Job Summary">We are seeking a highly motivated Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Workday Australia Pty Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by delivering qualified opportunities and working closely with account executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account engagement plans to maximize coverage
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams on campaigns and provide feedback
- Generate high-value activities daily to engage with new prospects and follow up on leads
- Conduct research to understand industry and business drivers as part of outbound planning
- Qualify accounts and leads to understand pain points, compelling events, timeline, and decision makers
- Communicate effectively with C-Suite executives to articulate the value of Workday's solutions
- Maintain high Salesforce hygiene and ensure timely updates
About You
- Outbound sales development experience (current or prior)
- Strong drive and work ethic with a focus on maximizing every opportunity
- Effortless networking skills and ability to connect with others
- Team player with a strong desire to win collaboratively
- Overachiever with a track record of quota attainment and demand generation
- Knowledge of cloud technology and its impact on enterprise organizations
