FareHarbor is a global leader in the tour and activity industry, providing powerful tools to enable our clients to operate and grow. We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Growth Specialist to join our Account Management team.

This role will be responsible for managing over 100+ client accounts, optimizing their FareHarbor experience, and collaborating with them to drive online growth. As a Customer Growth Specialist, you will proactively suggest changes to promote client growth and address inbound requests to improve the online booking experience for FareHarbor customers.

We are seeking a supreme problem solver with excellent communication skills, who is willing to do whatever it takes to retain each FareHarbor account. You will build and nurture existing relationships with clients, conduct audits to identify opportunities for growth, analyze data and market trends, and present your findings to clients to influence their decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B or B2C account management, with a proven ability to stay organized and manage competing priorities. They will also have experience in data analysis, negotiation, and collaboration, as well as excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to formulate solutions to client needs. You will also have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge of online booking trends in the tour and activity industry, and share your expertise with clients to help them achieve their business goals.

FareHarbor offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including global leave benefit, 22 weeks paid parental leave, extended care and bereavement leave, life insurance policy, and more.
