Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer installation, breakdown, and servicing support to local customers
  • Provide assistance with interstate travel for emergency breakdowns and installations
  • Visit customer sites to assess production requirements and provide recommendations on critical parts stocking and servicing needs
  • Assist in commissioning complex installations
  • Communicate with technical teams to resolve issues

Requirements:
  • 7-10 years experience with Bizerba products
  • Good understanding of processes and systems
