We're seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR coordination or advisory, ideally within manufacturing or blue-collar environments.

The role involves overseeing payroll admin, ensuring award compliance and accurate processing. You'll also assist with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for both frontline and support roles.

As an HR Advisor, you'll provide first-line HR support on policies, performance, ER, and employment conditions. You'll also support WHS, RTW, and workers comp matters in collaboration with external providers.

Maintaining HR systems, records, contracts, and reporting (turnover, leave, etc.) is another key responsibility of the role. You'll drive engagement initiatives, internal comms, and support cyclical HR processes.

Additionally, you'll confidently interpret the Manufacturing Award and coach leaders on compliance and best practice.

  • Key qualifications include solid understanding of modern awards, payroll admin, and employment legislation
  • You'll need to be proactive and approachable, with confidence to coach and guide frontline leaders
  • A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail is essential
  • RTW accreditation and Mental Health First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is a must
