Job Title: People and Culture Advisor

This is a broad generalist role that includes managing Employee Relations cases, coaching managers on HR policy and procedures, contributing to policy development, and playing an active role in HR project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing 1-3 ER cases per week
  • Coach, support and guide managers on HR policy and procedures
  • Contributing to policy development, performance management, and onboarding
  • Playing an active role in HR project delivery
Requirements:
  • 18 months+ HR experience, ideally within retail, hospitality, or fast-paced environments
  • Experience in ER case management is highly desirable
  • Exposure to labour laws and awards is a plus
