About this Role:
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to business strategy by assisting leaders in identifying, prioritizing, and developing organizational capabilities that meet business objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of the organization's goals and drivers, building relationships with key stakeholders to provide HR expertise across various areas, including talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, and training.
- Oversee the end-to-end Employee Life Cycle for specific teams, providing guidance on labor laws, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth resolution of HR matters, mitigate risk, and enhance communications, engagement, and performance.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to drive TA strategies and materials that strengthen the company's employer brand.
- Partner with Learning & Development to design value-added programs focused on training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
- Provide coaching and leadership development support to team leaders.
- Work with team leaders to identify and develop talents, aligning them with current and future performance standards and developing key competencies.
- Collaborate with the wider HR Team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence that inspires people to deliver top business results.
- Manage specific projects as determined by the Director HR ANZ in the annual HR plan and contribute to functional and organizational initiatives.
- Collaborate with HRSS to build workforce analytics and other data points to ensure consistencies, accuracies, and timeliness using data to drive impactful conversations with key stakeholders.
About You:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR Business Partner capacity
- Strong systems knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, reporting, HRIS/Payroll)
- Knowledge and understanding of Australian/New Zealand employment legislation
- Prior experience working in a retail/service/medical device environment preferable
- Generalist HR knowledge of a broad range of HR/IR areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships and influence leaders
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into strategic HR initiatives
- Ability to read and interpret dashboards and reports containing complex data
- Ability to set up and track relevant metrics and KPIs and use them to drive business results
- Understanding of change management and project management capabilities
