This role presents an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a purpose-driven organisation. You will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on delivering strategic initiatives and operational support across various functions.
">Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert HR advice on performance, conduct, WHS, grievances, injury/return-to-work matters, and complex ER/IR case management.
- Coach leaders on performance improvement plans, job design, and remuneration recommendations.
- Manage cyclical activities including performance reviews, talent reviews, and annual remuneration processes.
- Contribute to and deliver people-related projects, including change management and communication plans.
- Support organisational restructures, ensuring compliance with legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements.
- Partner with Centres of Expertise to execute people initiatives and drive process improvements.
Requirements:
- Broad HR generalist experience, ideally within complex or highly regulated environments.
- Strong working knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments, and HR best practice.
- Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline (preferred).
