We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Prospective Student Officer. As a key member of the Study@RMIT Centre, you will play a critical role in representing RMIT University in a professional manner, encouraging prospective students to take advantage of our institution's offerings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with future students through inbound and outbound interactions, and promoting tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will serve as a subject matter expert on RMIT, proactively promoting the benefits of studying at our university.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service to prospective students, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Engage with future students through various channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media, to promote our programs and services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies, targeting domestic students and promoting our application process.
- Meet and exceed student recruitment sales targets while maintaining accurate records in our CRM database.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting targets and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Ability to interpret complex information and provide clear, concise advice to clients.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
