Customer Service Specialist

As a valued member of the Central Adelaide Local Health Network, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the centralised outpatient booking service for SA Medical Imaging (SAMI). This includes triaging booking requests, providing high-quality information and assistance to customers via various channels, and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Triage booking requests for SAMI PPP and provide accurate information to customers
- Assist customers via telephone, face-to-face, and email in compliance with standards, policies, and work instructions
- Work collaboratively with Team members and administrative staff across SAMI and with various stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
