This contract position will act as an all-around service and administration expert to assist with customer service and administrative tasks to support the established service specialists during the training and implementation period.

Key responsibilities include:

·General administrative duties

·General office duties including organizing morning teas

·Handling of phone and email enquiries

·Basic customer order management

·Liaising with key internal stakeholders regarding customer queries

·Maintaining and enhancing overall customer experience

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

·Strong customer service focus

·Exceptional critical thinking and conflict resolution skills

·Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills

·Ability to work proactively and autonomously

·Demonstrated experience using computer systems, specifically CRM & MS Office
