About the Role:

This is a hybrid position that combines the skills of a hunter and gatherer. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, identifying potential revenue streams, and generating new accounts for the organization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the market
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth
  • Negotiating rates and agreements with clients
  • Crafting and presenting compelling business proposals to prospective clients

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a line manager and contribute to the success of PATH4 Group's Supply Chain Solution process.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Freight Forwarding organization in a Business Development or Account Management capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivation to drive results and achieve career success
  • Full Australian working rights
