About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Producer to join our team at Teachers Health. As a Digital Producer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional digital experiences for our customers and members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Delivery: Continuously deliver and improve new and existing content and experiences across the digital ecosystem to ensure a frictionless experience for our customers and members.
  • Content Management: Manage, maintain and update existing content and assets to ensure it is accurate, contextual and meaningful to digital customers and members.
  • Platform Support: Provide UAT support for the maintenance and improvement of digital platforms across the digital ecosystem, including content management, experimentation, targeting, personalization, and analytics.
  • Business Partnership: Partner with business and technology leads to consult and provide digital experience input on new business initiatives and priorities.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with digital agency and internal teams to streamline project delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and manage SEO via SEM Rush and SEO dashboards to support SEO optimization goals.
  • Analytics: Monitor and manage content and experience performance with hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Requirements
  • Digital Channels: Practical and conceptual knowledge of digital channels and platforms – web, mobile, conversational AI, email, messaging, digital contact campaigns.
  • Website Development: Strong working knowledge relating to website development and CMS.
  • User Experience: Knowledge of user experience design principles and web usability.
  • Software Skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications and Adobe Creative Suites (predominantly Photoshop & Dreamweaver).
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a digital producer in a multi-brand regulated environment – Health, Insurance, Banking & Finance or Telco/Utilities.
