About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Applications Support Specialist to join our team at Blackmores. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for various business applications, with a primary emphasis on e-commerce platforms, integrations, telephony, and other business applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second-level support for business applications, with a primary focus on e-commerce systems.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to the e-commerce application, including integrations with other systems.
  • Collaborate with business users, developers, and vendors to identify and troubleshoot the root causes of issues.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams or vendors.
  • Maintain and update support procedures, knowledge base articles, and user guides for both e-commerce and other smaller business applications.
  • Conduct testing and validation of applications before and after changes, upgrades, or releases.
  • Deliver training and guidance to business users on effective utilization of the applications.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving or enhancing both e-commerce and other business applications.
  • Problem-solve application issues in alignment with operational priorities and timelines, following established procedures and processes.
  • Provide technical support for operational procedures and processes.
  • Undertake user testing during software release scheduling for acceptance and production environments.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with external vendors, collaborating on both BAU support work and project-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to address e-commerce-related issues and initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and strategies.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in providing first and second-level support for e-commerce systems – preferably Dynamics 365 F&O Commerce.
  • Deep understanding of the Out-of-the-Box Commerce API used by the e-commerce platforms. This includes familiarity with its functionalities, endpoints, and data structures.
  • Strong understanding of OData and its implementation within the context of e-commerce systems.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce integrations with Content Stack.
  • Proven ability to monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues related to e-commerce applications, including integrations with other systems.
  • Familiarity with testing and validation processes for applications before and after changes, upgrades, or releases.
